The Tom Chandley test bakery is a fully equipped working bakery, which also includes a range of Tom Chandley ovens and Stamm refrigeration units.

The test bakery is used by many Chandley customers, including bakers, research and development departments and the supermarket chains. As well as customer use, the facility is used as part of Chandley's on-going research and development programme.
