Thomas the Baker has 21 shops in the North Yorkshire area and each one has a Chandley oven at the heart of the baking operation. The newest shop in Harrogate features a 5-deck, two trays per deck Compacta oven and is used for baking a wide range of products.Thomas the Baker started making Chorley cakes in a converted garage 15 years ago and has now grown to its present size.
