THE BAKE IS FRESHER WITH BAKEFRESH FROM TOM CHANDLEY



Bakefresh has launched a new automatic bread baking system, designed specifically for Supermarkets and Grocery stores. The Bakefresh oven helps supermarkets reduce day to day waste, whilst providing customers with fresh, just-out-of-the-oven, warm, quality breads throughout the day.

The machines are manufactured under licence by Tom Chandley.

There are five different self-service models in the Bakefresh family, designed to suit the different product and size requirements of every retail operator. The Bakefresh Three Lane, the Bakefresh Single Lane Major, the Bakefresh Single Lane Mini, the Bakefresh Baguette and the healthy eating option, Bakefresh Bagel, offer a dynamic new dimension to convenience and the in-store bakery format, where part baked frozen breads can be baked as fresh in store. From an output of 70 up to 540 units per hour, the Bakefresh can be utilised to suit any retail needs.

The stainless steel Bakefresh systems are straightforward to access and are mounted on swivel castors so they are easily manoeuvrable. The systems are automatic and offer reliable and safe operation. Each system is fitted with a sensor to prevent over-baking. The design of the Bakefresh oven offers excellent insulation, which contributes to low running costs. This, along with reducing day-to-day waste of the bread itself, makes for overall excellent value for money.

The Bakefresh is manufactured under license in the UK by Tom Chandley Ltd, the UK’s leading bakery engineers and is available from 29 January 2009.
