Tom Chandley Ltd will be exhibiting its full range of Deck, Rack and Compacta ovens, featuring the latest control systems with energy saving built in, at BIE 2010. Also on their stand will be the full range of its new stainless steel water meters and provers, complimented by its stainless steel planetary and spiral mixers.
The Turbo, colour touch screen controller designed with Master Bakers in mind, allows total flexibility with the Tom Chandley oven range. It can also be pre-programmed with ninety-nine different bake programs for ease of use by semi-skilled staff, to give consistency across a wide range of products. The in-built energy saver means the controller can automatically switch itself off when not in use, ideal to save money for energy conscious customers.
The controller requires passcode authorisation and displays temperature in oC. It also has automatic steam and damper operations with 10 different step bakes available.
The latest Compacta tc-3 oven, which will be displayed on the stand, is the ideal model for small bake-off operations including bakeries, restaurants, butchers, bistros, bars & petrol stations. With a choice of manual or the energy saving turbo controller, it is suitable for producing a wide range of freshly baked products including bread, croissants, pizzas and pies.
Tom Chandley’s Compacta Water Meter will also be on display. The computerised water meter delivers the correct, measured, quantity of water at the right temperature directly into the ingredients mix, at the touch of a button. Simple to use and with a smart stainless steel construction, there are also 99 recipes programmed into the meter for speed and efficiency.
